Dough Daddy’s

There's a new pizza spot in the city, and it's called Dough Daddy's. This is a virtual restaurant working out of The Press Room in the West Loop and focuses on Detroit-style pies. Here you can get fun topping combinations like n’duja with lemon ricotta, blistered tomato, and basil pesto, or “A Perfect Pear,” topped with butternut squash, pear, pancetta, and gouda.
