Zitz Sum

Zitz Sum is a newly Coral Gables restaurant. Their best thing to order are dumplings - which rotate frequently, but will always be delicious. On their menu you can find a plump pink shrimp har gow and chicken potstickers, that sat on a pile of tingly Sichuan chili, a tasty crudo that involved strawberries, a charred cabbage with habanero butter, and fried rice with a creamy egg, bits of snap pea, and more.

The menu changes a lot here, but that is what's interesting - always something new to try here. They have also got a small menu of natural and biodynamic wine, as well as a courtyard with pet-friendly outdoor seating.
