Madre just opened a new spot on West Hollywood location. Come and try one of their tremendous cocktails to-go. There are three different options - the house margarita, a mezcal margarita with chile liqueur, and the Chapo & Kate, a tequila-based drink with prickly pear liqueur and cucumber that’s sweet, cool, and spicy. On their menu you can also find dishes like pescado sarandeado (flayed, whole-cooked fish), lamb barbacoa, and costillas with salsa Madre.
