Aviv Shawarma Bar is a new Middle Eastern spot, recently opened in South Lake Union. The people behind it are the same ones that are behind Aviv Hummus Bar. Here you can get the same delicious hummus, falafel, and pita sandwiches that they serve at their Capitol Hill location. But here they add turkey shawarma seasoned with lamb fat from a spit.
