This is a new Caribbean-inspired, fast-casual restaurant located near UT. On their menu you can find signature bowls like The Montego - with jerk steak, roasted peppers and onions, black beans, pico, pickled onions, pineapple, and jerk ranch. You can also create your own rice bowl, salad bowl, or wrap - with a whole slew of Caribbean-inspired ingredients.
