Grain Traders

Grain Traders is a half-market, half-tea shop, founded in Singapore, that made its way all the way to the West Hollywood. All the meals are composed of whole grains, seasonal vegetables, nuts, seeds, beans, legumes, and lean meats. On their menu you can find dishes like gochujang tofu steaks, seared yellowfin tuna tataki, and forbidden black rice mixed with caramelized leeks and onions.
